A non-refundable, but transferable, $100 deposit needs to be paid in order to book a ceremony. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before your event. Aloha Covenant Weddings will be getting your special day ready.
If bookings happen within 30 days before your ceremony, 50% of the package price must be paid in order to proceed. The remaining 50% must be paid 7 days prior to the date of the event.
All Hawaii state beaches and parks require a permit for use and liability insurance ($1,000,000 Policy). Aloha Covenant Weddings will secure both for the day of your ceremony so you can rest assured of legality accordance.
Fees includes paperwork, purchasing, and processing both permit and insurance. Fee will be added to final balance. Fee will be waived for private venues which are not subject to public permits.
Travel fee will be added to account for travel time, vehicle wear and tear, and insurance .
+ NOTE: Vendors will have their own travel fee that will be added at the end for your final pricing.
To fairly compensate our vendors, there is a hourly rate for any time over the actual hour ceremony time required to arrive and depart a ceremony site.
